  • Developmentally appropriate program design for athletes of all ages. Although DAPA was founded with the purpose of offering the highest quality training for teenage athletes, we have multiple adult specific programs as well (see Programs and Pricing)

            YOUTH TRAINING

 

 

Sport-specific individualized programs for youth athletes in individual or group settings. Our goal is to prevent injuries while improving sports performance by educating the youth on a proper dynamic warm-up, speed, agility, power, and strength improvements, functional movement training, proper jumping/landing mechanics, and muscle activation for performance.             TEAM TRAINING

 

 

Sport-specific team training at The Fischer Institute or at YOUR practice facility. Our goal is to prevent injuries while improving sports performance by educating the youth on a proper dynamic warm-up, speed, agility, power, and strength improvements, functional movement training, proper jumping/landing mechanics, and muscle activation for performance.             ADULT TRAINING

 

 

Individualized training one-on-one or group training to achieve your goals whether for a sport or fitness related. Our goal is to educate on proper lifting mechanics and nutrition to help you accomplish your goals. Functional movement patterns are taught to improve your overall function in day to day life or in your specific sport (see Programs & Pricing for more info)
