Individually Customized Sport-Specific Training Programs

 

Although the foundation for any athlete, regardless of the sport they play, is rooted in a handful of exercises and movement concepts, different sports have different needs (golfers and baseball players require more rotational needs than a swimmer for example).

 

After a functional pre-test screening is completed by a licensed physical therapist, a customized, sport-specific program is designed for each individual. Each program is developed with the following in mind; nagging injuries, muscular imbalances, competitive schedules, and goals.

 

Although each individual has a customized program designed specifically for his/her needs, sessions are performed in small group settings where athletes receive the motivation, support, and fun of the team environment, yet still benefit from the attention, focus, and being held accountable by a qualified strength coach overseeing all aspects of their programmed workout.

           YOUTH TRAINING (GROUP)

 

Ages 10-14

  • 4 week sessions, 1 hour each

    • 2x/week ($350 for 4 weeks) + $100 initial screening

      • $100 (screening) + $50 deposit due to secure a spot at time of registration

    • Unlimited package ($599 for 4 weeks) + $100 initial screening

      • $50 deposit due to secure a spot at time of registration

***Must be paid in full by beginning of 3rd session or participation is not permitted

        

High School Ages 15+

  • 4 week sessions, 1 hour each

    • 2x/week ($350 for 4 weeks) + $100 initial screening

      • $100 (screening) + $50 deposit due to secure a spot at time of registration

    • Unlimited package ($599 for 4 weeks) + $100 initial screening

      • $50 deposit due to secure a spot at time of registration

           YOUTH TRAINING (ONE-ON-ONE)
 
  • Initial Assessment (90 minutes) $100

    • $80/hr must be paid per session

           TEAM TRAINING

 

  • At the Dynamic Performance and Recovery or at YOUR team practice facility

    • Call for Pricing

      • Pricing dependent on location, size of team, length of sessions, sessions per week, etc.

    • In-season or off-season training

    • Summer camps available

           ADULT TRAINING

 

  • Initial Assessment (90 minutes) $100

    • $60/hr must be paid per session

           ADULT TRAINING

 

  • Initial Assessment (90 minutes) $150

    • Hourly rate must be paid per session thereafter

           CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PROGRAMS & NUTRITIONAL ADVICE (VIRTUAL)

 

  • Package 1 ($400/month)

    • Weekly comprehensive workout plans to be performed independently

    • Customizable nutritional guidance

    • Weekly monitoring/consultation via phone, text or email at your convenience with Tim and/or Ashley

    • Communication and accountability weigh ins, measurements, or pictures of meals by the client required weekly

  • Package 2 ($900 for 3 months up front)

    • 3 month commitment

    • Structured workout program with designed nutrition guidance

    • Communication with coaches of weekly accomplishments is required
